Meditation Journey Continues
Week four is here ! It is hard to believe we are already at week four with our meditation practice, building up to a five-minute daily practice. Meditation has many benefits, one of which is giving you a chance to close your eyes, remove external distractions, and listen to your own self. aybe you are still working on being comfortable with one or two minutes. Meditation Week Three
Today marks my 500-day milestone. For 500 days, I have spent some time in meditation. At first, it was just a few minutes, and then consistently 5 minutes a day. Today I meditated for 15 minutes, enjoying the focus of my breath and letting thoughts arise and float away. You can watch the video here: https://youtu.be/CS22FurYjkY Or email me for an audio version (email 3DRenew@gmail.com) It is not about being without thought; it is about not engaging or telling yourself a story

Meditation Practice Week Two

What I mean by this is that the masks, the "shoulds," and layers of "make-up" of expectations hide who I am from others and even myself. There are many traps inside these masks of "should." They do not help us

MEDITATE!? I've Tried and I Can't.
Have you ever wanted or been invited to learn how to meditate? And your response was, "I have tried, and I can't." Or, "It is too hard." Or, "Not today." I have been there! I have tried and failed so many times it is crazy. But in August 2020, I shifted how I tried to integrate meditation into my daily life and have not missed a day since. Each day looks different, but it is possible. Next week, you can start with me using only one minute to create a small space in your day t
