Move Chairs


Nullify Bad Stuff What is your habit? Do you know what is beneath that habit? Very often we know what is beneath the habit, but just as often we don’t know why we do what we do. How do you stop something you don’t understand? Deep questions for an early Saturday morning, true. Here is a thought, you can nullify the bad stuff, by shifting from one space to another. Think of it as two chairs one is the habit you want to change the other chair is what you would like to replace it with. Every time you find yourself sitting in the chair you don’t want to be in, mentally move your body to the new chair. What does it take for you to get up and move chairs?
