Move Chairs
Move Chairs & Move Towards
What do you want to move towards?
Do you know what the obstacles are?
Very often, we know what we want to move toward, but we don’t know the obstacles that make it challenging to achieve what we desire to move towards or be.
How do you climb over something you don’t understand?
These questions roll in my brain when I face something that isn't serving me, but I struggle to change my actions. Losing weight or walking more would be my two significant challenges right now.
Here is a thought: can you learn by shifting from one space to another?
Think of it as two chairs: one is the habit you want to change, and the other is what you want to replace it with. Whenever you sit in the chair you don’t want to be in, mentally move your body to the new chair.
What does it take for you to get up and move chairs?
What reminder do you need to move?
I would love to hear your thoughts on how to shift toward an action or outcome you desire.
Namaste, and have a great day.
I would make a date with myself and block out the time on my calendar to work on achieving my goal. No phone during this special time. Working with a friend with similar goals also helps to hold me accountable.
